Media Kate Beckinsale - Barton Perreira - Serene For some reason I always forget why this chick's famous, but I never forget that I wish she was trapped in an elevator with me for 12hrs... wearing only those sunglasses ;) So KB is wearing a new one here from Barton Perreira called Serene. It's another winner from BP and looks amazing on Kate. The shape reminds me of the Vionnet style from BP only with some split color detailing going on. Finally women can wear an aviator-ish frame without wearing the old annoying Ray-Ban aviator. The frame is super big, but in a curvaceous way that makes them pop out instantly and grab attention. It's hard to believe because Giorgio Armani has been crapping out turds since they began making sunglasses. So a style that looks this good from them was honestly my last guess. The round frame shape with the subtle & classy hinge detail looks FAB! These look so good on Kate that I'd be out of my mind not to give 'em a 4. If I owned a sunglasses company I would have Kate model all my collections because she makes everything look amazing. So Kate is wearing a style from Michael Kors that looks more like a rip-off of Tom Ford. Honestly, who can blame them for wanting to look like TF; they make such beautiful sunglasses. So it's got the small window of space between the frame and temple which we like and the bamboo kinda texture down the temples. It's a good style and, if you're Kate Beckinsale, it's a great style.
