Lancier is a new collection of high-end, performance driven eyewear created by Dita. The frames feature a patented release technology allowing quick release of the interchangeable temples. Each frame includes (2) standard temples with looped tips and (2) ear wrap cable temples.
The lenses have been marked either LAND, SEA or AIR to designate the frames intended use. The initial limited release of the collection is limited to only 450 pieces available exclusively in 35 hand picked locations in late Nov 09.

Today Celebrity Sunglasses Finder.com turns two years old! We are very excited that you guys continue to read and interact with our site every day. We keep this thing going because you keep coming. We've made a lot of great friends along the way with brands in the business and many of you who visit and contribute to the site. Gucci is pleased to announce the launch of Gucci Eyeweb, a new collection of sunglasses designed by Creative Director Frida Giannini with the digital generation in mind. For those avid social networkers Giannini has created an innovative microsite at guccieyeweb.com where visitors will be able to "reflect and connect" their own creativity virally across the Internet using the silhouettes of the new Gucci Eyeweb collection as their palette.

The creative concept, which includes the debut of a dedicated microsite, has been developed especially for social web-users who frequently share photos and party experiences online. On guccieyeweb.com users will encounter a multi-functioning online world to meet, play and share. Users can “connect” (log on and share images with friends) as well as “reflect” (upload images which will flow over the 3D eyewear lenses as in a real life reflection). All images will be time-stamped, geolocated and placed on a timeline through which users and friends can save and track memorable moments.

Juicy Couture gets into the holiday spirit this year with its first limited edition sunglasses collection called the BFF Strass (Best Friends Forever). A total of 1,850 BFF/Strass were created for the holiday season and each pair is numbered and stamped "limited edition".

The BFF/Strass will be available in November 2009 in Juicy Couture Boutiques as well as other sunglass retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $120.

The oversized and flirty 'Jackie O' frame is offered in a custom created Juicy Couture brown pink fade coloration and further complemented by alluring brown gradient lenses. The temples of the frame are adorned with pink enamel peace signs encrusted with Swarovski crystals.

The Oliver Peoples flagship boutique on Sunset Boulevard appeared on the 6th season finale of Entourage. Vince & Drama are seen in the boutique shopping for shades before their big trip to Italy. Since the inception of the show, the Entourage boys have been spotted in several Oliver Peoples & Mosley Tribes styles. Vince often wears the OP Commodore and recently the OP Bechet.  E's a big fan of the MT Pilot style.
